Rosetta Resorts And Holiday Homes in Sakleshpur, Karnataka is seeking an Assistant Manager Human Resources (Hotels & Resorts) for a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in hotel or resort industry.
• Experience in star hotels, branded hotels, or hospitality groups preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
• Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, disciplinary procedures, and other statutory HR requirements.
• Experience with HRMS, payroll software, biometric attendance systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with hotel operations to ensure staffing efficiency and support business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Candidates currently working in hotels or resorts preferred.

Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Human Resources (Hotels & Resorts) for our 5* property in Sakleshpur - Karnataka. This is a full-time, on-site position

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, support disciplinary procedures, conduct exit interviews, maintain HR records and MIS reports, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and drive employee welfare and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience in the hotel or resort industry is mandatory.
• Experience in star hotels, branded hotels, or hospitality groups is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
