Eclat Hospitality is seeking a visionary CHRO to lead the people strategy for our Bangalore-based golf resort during a strategic transformation phase. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in HR leadership within hospitality or service industries and possess deep knowledge of Indian labour laws.

The role focuses on shaping talent strategy, overseeing HR operations, and partnering with leadership to elevate employer branding while driving a high-performance culture across the organization.
