The Senior Executive (Finance) will take ownership of core finance operations, with a strong focus on high-volume invoicing, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and account reconciliations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain robust financial governance, statutory compliance, and seamless operational flows.

Role: Senior Executive - Finance
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable:
Own the complete invoicing lifecycle, ensuring maximum accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with enterprise contracts and statutory mandates.
Manage high-volume invoicing cycles (especially during month-end closes) while upholding a zero-error standard.
Address and resolve complex billing queries and identify process gaps to streamline invoicing efficiency.
Statutory Compliance & Audits:
Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, and related provisions.
Assist in coordinating external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Financial Reporting & Operations:
Prepare, analyze, and maintain key MIS reports, financial statements, and account reconciliations.
Assist with daily financial operations and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and internal controls to protect organizational assets.
Help manage liquidity, working capital, and cash flows to maintain financial stability and fuel growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in financial operations, invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable (prior experience in banking/financial services is an added advantage).
Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, core accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, and accounting/ERP software.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to perform well under month-end deadline pressure with an ownership mindset.
