Job summary

Scimplify is seeking a finance professional responsible for end-to-end financial operations, including reporting, bookkeeping, and accounts payable, at Attibele. You will manage the Fixed Asset Register, reconcile vendor accounts, and oversee reimbursement processing for management and staff.

The role requires strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, along with experience in MIS reporting and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• MBA (Finance) or M.Com preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or growing startups.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and track asset additions, disposals, and transfers.
• Handle vendor account balances, balance confirmations, and discrepancy resolution.

Job description

Location : Attibele

Working day : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday is not working)

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable Bank Reconciliation,Fixed Asset Management, and Financial Operations.
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensured accurate
  recording of asset additions, disposals, and transfers
• Performed the vendor account balances through regular balance
  confirmations and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
  Handled end-to-end reimbursement processing for management
  and employees
• Finance, Financial Reporting,and Accounts Payable.
• Experienced in MIS Reporting, Intercompany (Related
  Party Transactions), Journal Entries, and Reconciliations
• Strong expertise in Invoice Processing, Vendor
  Reconciliation, PO, GRIR, and PQV Validation.
• Automated finance processes using Excel VBA, improving
  efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Consistently delivered accurate financial reports while
  meeting SLA and quality targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder
  management skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• MBA (Finance) or M.Com will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or any growing startups
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting) and Google Sheets.
