Job summary

Ytcventures is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive in Bangalore to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role emphasizes accuracy in financial records and support for compliance and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will handle AP/AR processes, client invoicing, ledger reconciliations, and MIS preparation while working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, and Reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and process client invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Perform ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage petty cash settlements and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support in compliance and audit-related activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance operations and reporting requirements.
