The ideal candidate will drive EHS compliance, strategic capacity planning, and efficient cost/resource management to sustain high-volume production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Stamping process knowledge required.
• Progressive Die Stamping and High Speed stamping experience beneficial.
• Cycle time optimization and OEE improvement skills needed.
• SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) familiarity is a plus.
• Precision metal stamping experience in automotive/electronics/consumer products desirable.
