Job summary

Talent Advisors is hiring a Travel Process Executive for a leading MNC in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate has a minimum 6 months of experience in travel processes and hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).

You will handle end-to-end travel bookings, manage changes and refunds, provide customer support by voice/email/chat, and ensure fare rules and itineraries are accurate. Rotational shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience in travel processes.
• GDS systems knowledge (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Familiarity with online booking tools and portals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (air, hotel, car rentals).
• Manage changes, cancellations, re-issues and refunds.
• Provide customer support via voice, email and chat.
• Ensure accuracy in fare rules, tickets and itineraries.
• Maintain high service quality and adhere to process TAT.
