Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi is seeking a Customer Service Executive for the Travel Process to handle bookings, reservations, and related support with a focus on service quality. The role requires experience in travel customer service and solid GDS knowledge.

Candidates with international travel process experience are preferred. 5 days working, rotational shifts, with cab facilities provided on both sides. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Customer Service.
• Mandatory knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus.
• Knowledge of Sabre will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Position: Customer Service Executive Travel Process

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Customer Service
• Mandatory knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus
• Knowledge of Sabre will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and reservations
• Assist customers with ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related support
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining process quality standards

Salary

Salary up to 4-6 LPA
