Job summary

The Wizfair in Gurugram is seeking a Ticketing Executive for the US Travel market. The role is on-site with 90% backend work and 10% voice.

You will handle end-to-end ticketing, bookings, reissues, refunds, and work on Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. A 2 to 3 year ticketing background and US market experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of ticketing experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the US Travel market.
• GDS knowledge including Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Backend heavy workflow (90%) with limited voice (10%).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram.
