Candidates must have 1+ year in international travel sales voice, strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and be comfortable with night and rotational shifts from the Gurgaon office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel sales voice process.
• Prior experience handling flight sales for US/UK customers is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service and sales skills.
• Willing to work from Gurgaon office and in night/rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are hiring experienced International Travel Sales Executives for our US and UK voice process. Candidates must have prior experience in international travel sales and excellent knowledge of GDS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from US customers.
• Assist customers with travel planning, travel advice, and itinerary requirements.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including air reservations, ticket exchanges, cancellations, hotels, travel insurance, Cruise and holiday packages.
• Follow up with customers regarding existing reservations and travel requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international travel sales voice process.
• Prior experience handling flight sales for US, UK customers is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to interact with US customers and manage end-to-end travel requirements.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office.
