Atain in Gurugram is seeking an experienced GDS Travel Consultant to handle complex domestic and international ticketing. You will work on fares, PNRs, reissues, refunds and schedule changes across airlines with a focus on accuracy and SLA adherence.

Candidates must have graduation and 2+ years hardcore GDS experience, hands-on GDS software, and excellent communication. Immediate joiners preferred; one-day interview process.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of hardcore GDS experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience on GDS software.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex travel reservations and ticketing requests.
• Process reissues, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations accurately.
• Manage schedule changes and travel disruptions.
• Coordinate with airlines for waivers and special cases.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and productivity standards.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and quality parameters.

CompensationCTC Up to 50,000 per Month (Based on GDS expertise, relevant experience, and interview performance.)
