Job summary

AIonOS in Gurugram is hiring for an International Travel Process role. We seek professionals with international travel/ticketing experience and strong GDS knowledge to join our 24x7 shift operations.

The role covers ticketing, issuance, reissuance, refunds (end-to-end), PNR creation, fare rules, and EMD issuance. Transport facilities are provided; 5-day weeks and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant international travel/ticketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDS, preferably Amadeus.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing, refunds, and end-to-end refunds process.
• Experience with PNR creation, fare rules, and EMD issuance.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide international travel support to customers.
• Manage ticketing, issuance, and reissues.
• Handle refunds and end-to-end refunds processing.
• Create and manage PNR records.
• Apply fare rules and issue EMDs.

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our international travel process.

JOB DETAILS:

• - Location: Gurgaon Sector 32


• - Working Days: 5 days


• - Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts


• - Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives
