Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies is seeking an EHS professional to manage daily safety updates and coordinate data across all plants. The role involves MIS follow-ups, compiling central data, updating SOPs, and organizing EHS meetings to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include routine EHS audits, waste management data, and facilitating training on safety topics to strengthen site discipline and record-keeping practices.

• MIS data follow-up & report for daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
• Compiling and submission data centrally for all Luminous sites.
• SOPs updating and control from system department.
• Organizing EHS related meetings.
• Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
• Hazardous waste, e-waste, Biomedical waste management and data recording.
• Training on various EHS aspects like firefighting, chemical handling.

• Daily safety pulse update.
• Follow-up with all other plants for EHS related data, MIS etc.
• MIS data follow-up & report for Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
• Compiling and submission data centrally for all Luminous sites
• SOPs updating, collection and its controls get from system department.
• Organizing EHS related meetings
• Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
• Bill processing to finance department and sending provisions,
• Raising indents for purchase and service contract
• Hazardous waste, e-waste, Biomedical waste management and data recording.
• Training on various EHS aspects like firefighting, chemical handling etc.
• Safety committee meeting coordination
• Monthly EHS audits
• Sampling of environmental parameters.
• Near Miss Condition tracking and updating
• BOPT/FLT license issuance
• Plant EHS data board updating
• Accident tracker updating
• Inspection of sites/ third parties for EHS compliances
• Must have proficiency in digital working with good presentation & communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too
