Job summary

Luminous India is seeking an EHS professional to manage data collection and reporting, ensure statutory compliance, and drive ISO 14001/45001 initiatives. The role covers risk assessment, safety training, and ESG data collection across plants.

Responsibilities include audits, permits, contractor safety, waste management, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies. Strong presentation and records discipline are essential.

Responsibilities

• EHS MIS data collection and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Statutory compliance with government and global requirements.
• Maintain records for EHS activities and management operations.
• Risk assessment and ISO 14001/45001 implementation support.
• Organize and track blood lead level industrial hygiene practices.
• Safety work permits, MOC issuance and tracking.
• Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and agencies.
• Raising purchase indent and SAP service contracts.
• Total waste management (hazardous, e-waste, BMW).
• EHS training on chemical handling and safety.
• Organize EHS awareness programs for employees and families.
• BBS implementation and safety committee coordination.
• Budgeting and tracking EHS expenses; support 5S activities.
• Safety program execution and contractor safety management.
• ESG and sustainability data collection.

• Statutory compliance with Govt. & global requirement
• Status update on Checking and maintaining of emergency tackling equipment’s/ systems.
• Updating and maintaining records for management and operation of EHS activities.
• Risk assessment and evaluation, and hands on experience in ISO 14001, ISO 5001, and ISO 45001 implementation
• Organizing and Tracking Blood lead Level Industrial Hygiene program / practices
• Safety Work permit, MOC issuance & tracking
• Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
• Handling of international agencies like GRC Global etc.
• Coordination with all stakeholders / depts other dept. Internal / external.
• Raising indent for purchase and service contract (SAP)

• To organize the EHS awareness / promotional programs for enhancing awareness among the employees/ families

• Pressure vessel/lifting tackle testing/ compliance.
