Job description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads Search campaigns. The primary responsibility will be executing search campaigns, maintaining daily performance reports, and handling ad hoc marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign setup, budget management, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Search Campaign Execution:
   • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns to achieve performance goals.
   • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for better engagement.
   • Monitor bid strategies, budget utilization, and overall campaign health.
2. Daily Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
   • Analyze daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
   • Track CTR, CPC, Quality Score, Conversion Rates, and ROI to improve results.
   • Maintain and update campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
   • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Ads & Google Analytics.
   • Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks:
   • Assist in various marketing initiatives, including competitor analysis, landing page optimization, and ad creatives.
   • Support other digital marketing activities such as affiliate marketing and display, when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads Search campaigns with daily optimization.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
• Experience with A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and landing page performance tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
