The role involves visiting customers/agencies to achieve collections, monitoring performance, maintaining records, complying with legal guidelines during repossessions, and delivering regular reports on activities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
• Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
• Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Case to Case tracking.
• Resolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines.
• Portfolio Management.
• Debt Collection Strategy.
