Empor Marcom is seeking a Senior Executive – Client Servicing to manage B2B client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects across diverse industries.

You will coordinate with internal teams, handle client calls, meetings, and feedback, and maintain timely delivery of deliverables while building long-term partnerships.

This role requires at least 3 years in B2B client servicing, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in B2B client servicing / account management.
• B2B industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in B2B marketing or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in handling clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
