Job summary

Webgross Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi/NCR is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage client communications, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of digital marketing projects.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, build strong relationships, and prepare client updates and reports while supporting upselling of services such as SEO, social media, PPC, content, and website development.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and agency services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agency experience preferred; on-site in Delhi/NCR.

• Participate in client meetings and calls.
• Maintain proper documentation of client requirements and communication.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing services when relevant.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of services offered by a Digital Marketing Agency, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC/Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Agency experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi/NCR.
