Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead - Client Servicing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be a client‑facing professional with strong communication skills, proven experience in handling and managing clients, and a background in the service industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day‑to‑day client communication.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Understand client objectives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across advertising, content, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to agreed scopes and timelines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights for clients.
• Address client feedback, queries, and escalations promptly to ensure high service quality.
