ReNew is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants and corporate functions in India. The role demands strong manufacturing hiring expertise, stakeholder management with senior leadership, analytics, and team leadership across locations.

You will drive hiring plans with Plant Heads, mentor a 4+ recruiter team, and build robust pipelines for critical roles while tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring an excellent candidate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Manufacturing industry hiring experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Hands-on with dashboards, MIS, analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing a team of 4+ recruiters.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hiring across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders, Plant Heads, and senior management to deliver hiring plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4+ recruiters, preferably across multiple locations in India.
• Develop robust talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing roles.
• Track and present recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring insights to leadership.
• Monitor key hiring KPIs including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing industry hiring is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards, MIS, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing a team of at least 4 recruiters.
• Preferred experience in Pan-India recruitment team management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Education

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
