Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations within the assigned process area.

Candidate Profile

Age: Ideally between 28–38 years

BE/B.Tech in Textile Engineering.

3–10 years of relevant experience in Worsted Spinning or Weaving operations.

Strong technical expertise in the relevant manufacturing process.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with comfort in working with

production data and KPIs. Good exposure to ERP/SAP systems and digital tools.

Curious, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset.

Strong organisational and people leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and operate within structured

systems.

Openness to learning and adopting new technologies, automation, AI tools, and digital

manufacturing practices.
