You will focus on capacity planning, bottleneck elimination and smooth material-to-FG flow. The role emphasizes production excellence, material and vendor performance, product industrialization and governance with HODs.

• Translate company strategy into operating plans, budgets and targets.
• Lead Planning, Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores and SCM to meet objectives.
• Balance capacity, remove bottlenecks and ensure smooth flow.
• Drive production excellence, productivity improvements and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure material availability and supplier performance on quality, lead time and cost.
• Oversee expansion, projects and governance with accountability through leadership.
• Build capable HODs, set KRAs/KPIs, coach performance.

• Strategy & planning Translate company strategy into operating plans, capacity plans, budgets, and HOD targets.
• End-to-end Operations - Lead Planning, Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores and SCM to deliver service, quality, productivity and cost objectives.
• Capacity & flow - Balance own and outsourced capacity, remove bottlenecks, control priorities and maintain smooth material-to-FG flow.
• Production excellence - Drive best-in-class work, line balancing, productivity, waste reduction, automation and practical use of data/AI.
• Material & vendor performance - Ensure material availability and supplier performance on quality, lead time, cost and reliability.
• Product industrialization - Take products from tech pack through trials, production readiness and launch against agreed quality, cost, and timing.
• Performance governance - Run operating dashboards, review rhythms, corrective actions, process discipline and accountability through HODs.
• People & leadership - Build capable HODs and teams, set clear KRAs/KPIs, coach performance and strengthen ownership culture.
• Expansion & projects - Lead approved factory, capacity, technology and strategic projects within agreed scope, time and budget.
• Risk, compliance & reporting - Maintain statutory, safety and subcontractor compliance; provide timely management/Board visibility on results, risks and decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of experience, including leading large sales-driven organizations/businesses, with a proven track record of performance.
• B. Tech in Textile or Similar Graduate / Post-Graduate degree. Additional management qualification is desirable.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Clear vision and strategic thinking, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation Skills.
