Job Description

• Manage end-to-end process of procurement and negotiation.
• Liaise and strategize with BDP regional tender team and the airlines over the tender bids.
• Deal with internal stakeholders – best pricing solutions to win nominations with efficient TAT.
• Work around with the carriers – rates, commercial and operational challenges.
• Report analysis – maintain DSR and requisite report for regular review of volume, GP, overall business performance.
• Monitor market freight trends, fuel surcharges, and competitor pricing.
• Review customer rate agreements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement.
• Ensure compliance with airline and international shipping regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• MBA, preferably in supply chain or logistics, from a licensed educational institution.
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
