PSA BDP in Mumbai is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily port-centric logistics, coordinating across departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
• 8–13 years experience in sea (export/import).
• Experience on import/export process till file closing.
• Technical system/process management.
• Relationship with shipping lines/vendor management.
• Well experienced on OOG cargo/special containers.
• Added advantage if experience on AIR shipment.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize operational procedures.
• Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Sales and overseas offices to ensure operational alignment and integration.
