Dodla Dairy is seeking an accounting professional to manage sales order collection, invoicing, stock dispatch against invoices, and rigorous inventory monitoring across its operations. The role covers SAP-based verification, bank reconciliation, and monthly MIS reporting.

You will oversee subordinates and coordinate with managers and plant staff to ensure smooth financial processes. Responsibilities include finalising SD/Finance ledgers, handling cash/bank reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy

• Responsible for collection of sales orders and raise the sales invoice.
• Dispatch the stock against sale invoice and monitor inventory.
• Verify primary & secondary leakages, Tubs - updated in SAP.
• Collection monitoring and receipt/payment verification in SAP.
• Credit/Debit notes verification and accounting.
• Monitor the bank and prepare the BRS.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports (Sales, Expenses).
• Review subordinate work and assist in issue resolution for smooth accounting.
• Review ledgers across branches; manage work during subordinates' absence.
• Review leakage reports and verify STO; finalise SD module.
• Month-end incentives & MRCM reports.
• Interact with local Manager, ASM & Executives and plant teams when issues arise.
• Review cash book; reconcile trial balances; finalise accounts; send confirmations to corporate.

• Prepare the Monthly MIS reports like –Sales Reports, Expense Reports.
• Review of subordinate works and help them in resolving the issues for smooth accounting.
• Review of Account & Finance Ledgers more than one branch.
• Work Handling at the time of subordinate absence.
• Review of leakage report and verifying the STO.
• Finalisation of SD Module.
• Month end incentives & MRCM Reports.
• Interactive the local Manager, ASM & Executives.
• Interactive with Plant peoples if any issues.
• Review of cash book.
• Review of Trail balances & Accounts finalisation. Confirmation sends to corporate.
• Review of Account & Finance Ledgers of a particular branch.
