Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking an accounts receivable professional to support daily AR activities, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciliations. The role interacts with Sales, Logistics and Quality to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.

Knowledge of SAP and month-end closing will be leveraged to maintain compliant AR operations. The candidate will contribute to audit prep, process documentation, and structured AR processes within the SSC framework,

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable processes and SAP.
• Invoicing and credit/debit notes handling.
• Month-end closing knowledge and reporting.
• Strong coordination with Sales, Logistics and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and self-billing invoices.

Responsibilities

• The role supports daily accounts receivable activities including preparation of customer invoices, processing of self-billing invoices, and creation of debit and credit notes as required. The Executive posts incoming payments, performs basic customer account reconciliations, and assists in monitoring outstanding balances and overdue accounts. The role coordinates with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Quality to clarify invoice discrepancies and ensure correct documentation of transactions. The position maintains accurate records in SAP and related financial systems and assists the AR team in preparing supporting reports for month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also participates in process documentation, supports audit preparation when required, and contributes to maintaining structured and compliant AR operations within the SSC.
