Job summary

Aluplast is seeking a diligent accounting professional in Vadodara, Gujarat who can manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and compliance tasks. The role requires hands-on experience with E-invoicing, GST filings, bank reconciliations, and constant profitability analysis.

You will work with SAP, maintain records, and support audits and finalization processes. A strong command of Excel and data analysis is essential, along with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with costing and profitability analysis.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of E invoicing and E-way bills.
• Maintain vouchers, receipts, bills and payments.
• Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
• GST monthly working and filing.
• Reconcile sundry debtors and creditors.
• Manage petty cash records.
• Maintain landed cost register and analyze profitability for management.
• Maintain sales and purchase registers.
• Knowledge of TDS and TCS compliance.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and audit processes.
• Exposure to export transactions.

Role & responsibilities

• Working Knowledge E Invoicing and E-way bills
• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Landed Cost register maintains and Analyzing Profitability to the Management.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers.
• Working Knowledge of TDS and TCS and compliance.
• Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
• Able to Participate in audit like Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Stock valuation. Trails Balance, ROC compliance, Fixed Assets. Debit Note Credit Note.
• Exposure to Export transections
