Job summary

Bajaj Consumer Care in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role involves handling documentation, BGV/KYC processes, and driving HR initiatives across the location.

You will work with leadership to shape people agenda, manage grievances, and create awareness of policies and processes, while delivering timely HR analytics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Support in driving closure for new joiner documentation, BGV, KYC in coordination with central ops.
• Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees , new joiner connects and hand holding.
• Drive HR interventions and create policy / process awareness.
• Manage end to end performance management cycle, PIP etc.
• Work closely in building employee relations and identify pulse.
• Employee engagement initiatives, fun at work activities for stakeholders in business and location.
• Operations like F&F, exit management, clearances, data management Etc.
• Manage grievances and employee queries, also take initiatives to reduce queries, and enhance awareness.
• Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with business team members.
• Partner with business leadership on people agenda and take relevant initiatives.
• Prepare and present timely reports / analysis of various employee data.
• Stakeholder management.
