Job summary

Colorshine Coated Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Stores with 5–7 years in steel/manufacturing to manage day-to-day stores operations, material receipt, inventory control, documentation, and material movement within the plant.

Key responsibilities include managing material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, GRN, stock transfer, and cross-functional coordination with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Stores/Inventory experience in steel/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP and inventory management.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Stores operations including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material records.
• Handle GRN, material issue/return, stock transfer, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Finance teams for material requirements.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor slow/non-moving and obsolete materials.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare Stores MIS and support internal/external audits.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates currently working in steel, metals, manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries with hands-on plant Stores experience.
