Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions from sourcing to joining. The role involves coordinating requirements with hiring managers, conducting interviews, obtaining feedback, and closing offers.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals and other channels, while maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards.
• Support onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and celebrations.
• Coordinate employee communication, feedback surveys and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain engagement calendar, participation data and activity reports.
• Support HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.
