Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a capable HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end lateral recruitment across various functions and locations in India. You will screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

You will maintain candidate trackers, hiring reports, and MIS, while supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment across various business functions and locations.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, hiring reports, and MIS.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as required.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management and employee records.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively across the organization.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support performance management activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Support HR process improvements and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
