Haier Appliances is seeking a procurement and materials management professional to oversee budgets, planning, and vendor coordination in Maharashtra. You will forecast MRP, manage local vendor POs, and ensure SOP compliance to maintain smooth supply chains.

The role requires strong experience in MM modules, vendor development, and end-to-end procurement processes, with immediate joiners preferred. Join our team to drive efficient purchasing and cost control.

Qualificações

• Experience with MM modules across procurement cycles.
• Ability to track movements, planning and approvals.
• Experience in vendor development and material management.
• Experience with planning, agreements, payments and settlements.
• Immediate joiners preferred; background reference required.

Responsabilidades

• Tracking Budgets vs procurement and past plan.
• Create yearly budget and business plan.
• Study rolling plan, PR approvals and tracking materials.
• Forecasting MRP to vendors and data collection.
• PO management for local vendors based on MRP.
• Manual PO control for releasing and monthly GAP review.
• Department monthly review on targets vs achievements.
• RM control and monitoring.
• Price revision monitoring with data and gaps.
• Maintain SOP in ordering and system processes.
• Next month assurance from vendors and issue highlighting in advance.
• Resolve day-to-day issues of subordinates to ensure smooth flow.
