Responsibilities

• Material planning on a monthly and ongoing basis to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Procurement from Indian and international suppliers and onboarding of new vendors.
• Monitor daily supply and coordinate with in-house and partner productions to avoid disruption.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve target pricing and release purchase orders with tracking for timely delivery.
• Ensure material quality and collaborate with Production Planning for timely planning and ordering.
• Ensure right product at right time and right price.

Role & responsibilities

• Material Planning - Monthly as well as continuous
• Procurement from Indian and International suppliers
• Finding new suppliers and onboarding them
• Monitoring the supply on daily basis; high degree of coordination for various productions happening in house or at partners end
• Negotiations with suppliers to match the target pricing
• Releasing Purchase orders and tracking them for timely delivery
• Ensuring quality of materials
• Work closely with Production Planning team for timely planning and ordering
• Ensure right product at right time & right price
