HiLITE Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop and manage an integrated Primavera P6 master schedule for a multi-phase, high-rise construction project in India. The role covers design coordination, approvals, tendering, vendor onboarding, RCC cycles, MEP, finishes and handover.

You will apply realistic logic, calendars, constraints and monitor critical paths, float and interface milestones while coordinating closely with QS, vendors and site teams.

Qualificações

• Advanced Primavera P6: baselines, calendars, critical path analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel; practical Power BI skills desirable for KPI reporting.
• Good understanding of high-rise construction methods and scheduling.
• Understanding of schedule quality, look-ahead and change-control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop coded project WBS, activity dictionaries and schedule levels tied to physical scope.
• Build an integrated Primavera P6 master schedule covering design through handover.
• Apply construction logic, calendars, constraints and verify critical paths and float.
• Develop floor-cycle plans, zones, resources and procurement programme.
• Coordinate with QS to map BOQ values to schedule activities and cash flow.
• Incorporate consultant dates, drawings, lead times and inspection milestones.
• Establish baseline-control, progress cut-offs, look-ahead plans and progress evidence.
• Prepare weekly/monthly variance analyses, risk registers and mitigations.
• Support EVM indicators, progress tracking and dashboards; edit schedule as needed.
• Coordinate progress data with site/contractor engineers and challenge forecasts.

Technical scope and responsibilities :

• Develop coded project WBS, activity dictionaries and schedule levels (executive milestones through detailed contractor/discipline activities) tied to measurable physical scope.
• Build an integrated Primavera P6 master schedule covering design coordination, statutory approvals, tendering, vendor onboarding, piling, substructure, floor-by-floor RCC cycles, faade, MEP, finishes, amenities, commissioning and handover.
• Apply realistic construction logic, calendars, constraints and productivity assumptions; verify critical/near-critical paths, activity float, dependencies and interface milestones.
• Develop floor-cycle plans, zones/work fronts, resource and manpower histograms, equipment requirements and a phased logistics/long-lead procurement programme.
• Coordinate with the QS to map BOQ quantities and budget values to schedule activities for physical progress measurement, planned value, S-curves and project cash-flow forecasting.
• Obtain and integrate consultant deliverable dates, drawing review/approval cycles, vendor fabrication lead times, site constraints and inspection/approval milestones.
• Establish baseline-control protocols; maintain versions, progress cut-off dates, look-ahead plans (2/4/6 weeks), actual starts/finishes and auditable progress evidence.
• Prepare weekly and monthly variance analysis, slippage summaries, schedule-risk registers, root cause analysis and achievable mitigation/recovery plans.
• Support EVM indicators, physical versus financial progress, procurement trackers, executive dashboards and schedule impact assessment for changes.
• Coordinate progress data with site and contractor engineers and challenge unsupported percentages or unrealistic completion forecasts.

Essential skills and standards

• Advanced Primavera P6: activity logic, baselines, layouts, calendars, critical path analysis, updating and reporting; MS Project working knowledge.
• Advanced Excel; practical Power BI skills desirable for S-curves, KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Good understanding of high-rise construction methods, floor-cycle productivity, scheduling of MEP and finishing work fronts, and contractor programme review.
• Understanding of schedule quality, look-ahead/constraint planning, progress measurement rules, earned value and change-control procedures.
