Job summary

Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Planning/Project Controls professional in Bengaluru with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is preferred/essential and you will handle project planning, scheduling, look-ahead planning, and progress tracking for large-scale high-rise communities. The role emphasizes coordination with design, procurement, and contractors, plus detailed reporting and timely escalation of delays to keep projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in planning/project controls.
• Strong experience in residential construction projects, preferably high-rise residential developments or large-scale residential communities.
