SVA Electricals is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop and manage project schedules for residential high-rise builds in Mumbai. You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to baseline plans, monitor progress, and coordinate RCC, finishing, and MEP activities.

The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills and hands-on experience in multi-disciplinary coordination. Candidates with exposure to baseline programmes and dashboards will excel.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of residential high-rise construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and project progress monitoring.
• Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare project schedules and baseline programmes using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned targets.
• Plan and track RCC, civil finishing, and MEP activities for residential high-rise projects.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Analyse delays, identify critical path activities, and prepare recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, procurement, and contractors.
• Plan manpower and material requirements and track project milestones and handover schedules.
