Job summary

VTP Realty in Pune district seeks a Civil Planning Engineer to oversee scheduling for high-rise residential projects. You will coordinate with site teams, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include updating project schedules, tracking milestones, identifying delays, and preparing daily to monthly progress reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. 4–8 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of planning experience in high-rise residential or luxury real estate projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.
