Job summary

Force Motors in India invites an experienced maintenance engineer to supervise machine audits, preventive and predictive maintenance, and breakdown repairs on Robotic Paint lines, ovens, burners, and conveyors. You will coordinate with production and QC, update machine history data, manage spares, and ensure plant earthing and power equipment reliability during production hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Hands-on with Robotic Paint lines, ovens, burners and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Machine audits/checks and operation before production start.
• Execute PM/BD/ Predictive Maint activities as per SAP / Planned.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance with technicians during shift.
• Production support for transfer of effluents / Coagulation tank leveling during production hours.
• Receiving & dispatch of spares to & fro General Stores.
• Data updating for plant machine parameters like- Machine history card, energy data, filter consumption etc .
• Spares stock, Local store upkeep, Spares requirements, & up keep
• Daily monitoring of process & Maint. related parameters & verification,
• Regularize & upkeep of Plant & Machine earthing & power Equipment , Compressor , dryers and chillers,
• Machine parts drawing updates.
• SAP based punching for Breakdown / PM / Activity
