Job summary

Genxhire Services in India is seeking a maintenance professional to manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of paint shop equipment, including paint booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, blowers and robots.

You will monitor electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; develop preventive maintenance schedules; track MTBF/MTTR and KPIs; and coordinate with production, quality and engineering to minimize production losses.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of paint shop equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of paint booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, blowers, compressors, robots and associated systems.
• Handle maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, equipment downtime and maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate with production, quality and engineering teams to minimize production losses.
• Manage maintenance of paint shop utilities such as air handling units, chilled water systems, ventilation systems and compressed air systems.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
