Job summary

Genxhire Services in India is seeking a hands-on maintenance/automation professional with expertise in conveyors, electrical panels, Siemens PLC/SCADA, and paint shop equipment. The role demands practical knowledge of 5S, predictive and preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, ability to initiate SAP purchase requisitions, and a track record of implementing automation improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with conveyors and electrical panels, including reading drawings.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, SCADA, and drives.
• Experience with paint shop equipment: baking oven, ASU, conveyors, painting booth.
• Knowledge of electrical panel drawing reading and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with 5S, predictive and preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.
• Strong teamwork and ability to initiate purchase requisitions in SAP or similar software.
• Ability to implement innovative ideas and automate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Apply experience in conveyor systems and electrical panels to installations.
• Work with paint shop equipment including ovens, ASU, conveyors, and painting booths.
• Read electrical panel drawings and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply 5S principles and manage predictive and preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Collaborate with team and initiate purchase requisitions in SAP or other software.
• Drive automation improvements through innovative ideas.

1. 1) Must have experience in Conveyer system, Electrical panel installation , Excellent in hand experience in Siemens PLC & Scada & Drive.
2. 2) Must have experience in Paint shop equipments like baking oven , ASU, Conveyer , Painting Booth, ABB Robot Exeperience.
3. 3) Must have knowledge About Electrical panel Drawing reading and trouble shooting ..
4. 4) Must have knowledge about 5S, Predictive and preventive maintenance and spare part management.
5. 5) Must have good team work and in hand experience in Purchase requisition initiate in SAP or any other software.
6. Must have good innovative idea implementation and automation expert in term of improvement.
