Job summary

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical or Electronics or Diploma.
0–10 years in manufacturing maintenance.
SAP and MS Office familiarity.
Experience in TPM, RCA and reliability improvement.
Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

Lead TPM, Kaizen and reliability improvement initiatives.
Analyze equipment failures using RCA.
Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE and maintenance KPIs.
Implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.
Budgeting, cost control and annual maintenance budgets.
Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors and technicians.
Manage installation, commissioning and upgrading of paint shop equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and contractors.
Ensure safety, health and environment compliance.
Support capacity expansion and automation projects.

Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Lead TPM, Kaizen, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and maintenance KPIs.
Implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.
Safety, Health & Environment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain safe work practices.
Ensure compliance with VOC, emission control, and waste management requirements.
Lead safety audits and corrective actions.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.
Optimize maintenance costs without affecting reliability.
Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance contracts.
Drive cost reduction projects.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Plan workforce allocation and skill development activities.
Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Project Management
Manage installation, commissioning, and upgrading of paint shop equipment.
