Job summary
Genxhire Services is seeking an experienced candidate to manage maintenance and automation tasks across production lines in Ahmedabad district. The role requires hands-on expertise with conveyors, electrical panels, and Siemens PLC/SCADA drives, plus familiarity with paint shop equipment and ABB robotics.
The ideal candidate will read electrical drawings, troubleshoot issues, uphold 5S standards and implement automation improvements, while coordinating with procurement for requisitions in SAP or
Qualifications
- Experience with conveyor systems, electrical panels and maintenance.
- Hands-on Siemens PLC/SCADA/Drive expertise required.
- Experience with paint shop equipment and ABB robotics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Experience in conveyor systems and electrical panel installation.
- Excellent hands-on Siemens PLC, SCADA and drives experience.
- Paint shop equipment experience (baking oven, ASU, conveyor, painting booth, ABB robot).
- Reading electrical panel drawings and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of 5S and predictive/preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
- Teamwork and initiation of purchase requisitions in SAP or other software.
- Ability to implement innovative automation improvements.

This person will be responsible for following activities :
Must have experience in Conveyer system, Electrical panel installation , Excellent in hand experience in Siemens PLC & Scada & Drive.
Must have experience in Paint shop equipments like baking oven , ASU, Conveyer , Painting Booth, ABB Robot Exeperience.
Must have knowledge About Electrical panel Drawing reading and trouble shooting ..
Must have knowledge about 5S, Predictive and preventive maintenance and spare part management.
Must have good team work and in hand experience in Purchase requisition initiate in SAP or any other software.
Must have good innovative idea implementation and automation expert in term of improvement.
