Job summary

Enerparc Energy in India seeks a technical analyst for solar PV O&M to monitor project performance, coordinate with analytics, and ensure adherence to safety and grid standards.

You will document maintenance logs, manage spare parts, supervise technicians, and liaise with OEMs for warranty and technical support, driving RCA on underperforming sites.

The role demands strong communication in English and Tamil and hands-on problem solving in an operations environment.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy.
• 3 to 5 years in solar PV, preferably in O&M.
• Technical coordination/report writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to resolve all site related technical issues as per the targets.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis & support: Data Monitoring of projects with SCADA familiarity and diagnostic tools.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize generation.
• Maintain breakdown sheet, complaint registers, and data analytics sheets.
• Coordinate with analytics team for KPI tracking (PR, plant availability, generation guarantee).
• Maintain vendor records, queries, and invoice submissions.
• Follow up with customers for payment collection.
• O&M audit before project handover and share punch points.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports and logs.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance.
• Update customer complaint registers daily and track closures per target dates.
• IMS adherence for projects.
• Create trackers for inverter, sensor, module failures – weekly updates.
• Spares management and inventory tracking.
• Diagnose faults and plan preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims.
• Identify low-performance sites and perform RCA for improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and perform routine inspections.

ROLE

• – Technical analysis & support: Data Monitoring of projects allocated with familiarity with SCADA, data monitoring platforms and diagnostic tools along with understanding of electrical safety standards and grid regulations.
• – Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize generation.
• – Maintaining Breakdown sheet, customer complaint register, module cleaning sheet for Data Analytics
• – Coordination with analytics team for tracking KPI like PR, Plant availability and Generation guarantee
• – Maintain all records of Vendors, handling their queries, invoice submission
• – Follow up with customers for payment collection
• – O&M audit before project handover and share punch points
• – Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and performance logs.
• – Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• – Update Customer complaint registers daily and track closure as per the target date mentioned
• – IMS adherence for projects
• – Creation of tracker for failures of Inverter, sensor, modules, any equipment etc – weekly update
• – Spares management and inventory tracking
• – Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan ahead
• – Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims and advance planning on extended warranty for equipments.
• – Identification of Low performance sites and improvement of the same by doing detailed RCA
• – Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replacements and perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
• – Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear

• – B.E./B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy.
