Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely execution of the DCTL Pipeline Project by coordinating site activities and contractors.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant equipment.
• Lead plant shutdown activities with prepared plans, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

An O&M engineer will also be responsible for Day to day plant maintenance activities. An O&M engineer will also be responsible for completing shutdown jobs as per plan.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will ensure safe and timely execution of the DCTL Pipeline Project by coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment to ensure high reliability, availability, and operational efficiency
• Lead and coordinate plant shutdown activities by preparing job plans, arranging resources, monitoring execution, and ensuring completion within the approved schedule and budget
• You will monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime, improve plant reliability, and achieve production targets
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company procedures through risk assessments, permit-to-work implementation, safety audits, and adherence to operational best practices
• Also, you will maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, track KPIs, manage spare parts requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and cost efficiency

• You possess a university degree in Instrumentation Engineering
• And you have already gained at least three (3) years of experience in a related industrial environment including safety management, process engineering, and engineering projects
