Job summary

Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Manager Operations & Maintenance for onsite operations in Kalinganagar, Odisha. The role focuses on plant reliability, maintenance, minor system design, integration, calibration and safety compliance.

You will supervise calibration and commissioning of instruments, troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime, and manage spares to reduce downtime. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in air separation or continuous process plants.

• Degree/diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in Air separation unit or continuous process plant.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role you will be responsible for plant maintenance activities, planned and unplanned shutdowns activities.
• Further you will supervise the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instruments like pressure transmitters, flow meters, and control valves etc.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing faulty instruments to minimize downtime and optimize existing systems for better efficiency.
• Furthermore, you will supervise scheduled calibration of sensors, valves, and transmitters (pressure, temperature, flow, and level) to ensure high-accuracy data.
• Executing PM programs to proactively identify drift, wear, or potential instrument failures before they disrupt plant operations is a part of your responsibility.
• Moreover, you are in charge for identifying and maintaining minimum stock levels of critical spares and consumables for reducing downtime.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a degree/diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with eight to ten (8-10) years’ experience preferably in Air separation unit or continuous process plant.
