Job summary

Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Dahej, Gujarat, India, is seeking a Senior Engineer O&M for on-site operations. You will oversee safe, timely execution of the DCTL pipeline project and daily maintenance activities to sustain high reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant industrial experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. You will coordinate shutdowns, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in related industrial environment including safety management, process engineering, and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely execution of the DCTL Pipeline Project by coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment to ensure high reliability, availability, and operational efficiency
• Lead and coordinate plant shutdown activities by preparing job plans, arranging resources, monitoring execution, and ensuring completion within the approved schedule and budget
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime, improve plant reliability, and achieve production targets
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company procedures through risk assessments, permit-to-work implementation, safety audits, and adherence to operational best practices
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, track KPIs, manage spare parts requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and cost efficiency

• You possess a university degree in Mechnical Engineering
• And you have already gained at least three (3) years of experience in a related industrial environment including safety management, process engineering, and engineering projects
