Job summary

Lpsis is seeking an experienced NPD engineer in Rohtak, India to lead cross-functional teams from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and conformance to quality standards.

You will conduct feasibility studies, drive design development and part development, and collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms for raw materials and services. The role includes developing PPAPs and applying APQP, PFMEA and GD&T practices to ensure robust product quality in auto components.

Qualifications

• 1-12 years of experience in NPD engineering role in the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of APQP, PFMEA, GD&T.
• Proficiency in conducting research and development activities including feasibility studies, design development, part development.
