Job summary

Versuni Netherlands is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Tamil Nadu to lead and coach a team of operators, plan production runs, and ensure on-time WIP closure with 95% line output.

You will enforce safety guidelines, drive 6S improvements, coordinate with PPC, Store and Maintenance, and report on production performance while maintaining quality standards across motor manufacturing processes such as winding, ISI testing, and motor assembly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of production processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching, and providing feedback to production operators.
