Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 58 years of experience in battery assembly or similar discrete manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of assembly line operations, manpower planning, and shift management.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities
