Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Production Supervisor based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The role involves handling production-related activities, developing production plans, and managing manpower in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all production-related activities of the mechanical assembly department.
• Develop and execute production plans and schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Prepare assembly plans for different workstations and manage manpower allocation.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, and missing parts to ensure timely machine dispatch.
• Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Warehouse, Quality, and Outbound teams for smooth production and dispatch operations.
• Manage inventory and optimize resource utilization to achieve production targets.
• Create and maintain packing lists as per BOM in SAP.
• Ensure accurate loading list creation and dispatch documentation in SAP.
• Maintain daily production reports, production loss reports, and ISO-related documentation.
• Drive shop floor improvements, 5S implementation, skill matrix preparation, and process standardization.
